Desired Learning Outcomes: In this activity, the FACILITATOR is expected to:

1) demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the topic being facilitated;


2) facilitate the discussion effectively and efficiently; and
3) show the desirable traits of a Pre-Service teacher.

Descriptions of the Task: Each student is assigned to facilitate the discussion of a topic in the course within the time agreed upon by the
whole class.

Instructions: Please judge the performance based on the criteria and their indicators as reflected in the rubric. Give the numerical scale that corresponds to one’s
performance and compute the final grade considering the weight given to each criterion. To make the evaluation objective and useful to the
facilitator, kindly check the traits evident during one’s performance.
