I am Vishvesh Shrivastav, a 4th year law student from the New Law college, Bharti Vidyapeeth
University, Pune and am very keen to intern at Ojas Legal (Pune) from 1st February- 28th
February,2019.

I have previously interned at Suzlon Energy Ltd’s Pune office where I interned under the
Legal Department. I handled cases relating to industrial dispues act, Insolvency and
Bankruptvy Code I have also interned under Mr Surya.Bhan Pandey, current Additional
Solicitor General of Uttar Pradesh, and learnt the basics of legal drafting under his tutelage. I
have also interned under Mr Kunwar Mridul Rakesh, senior designate council of High Court
of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow Bench, where I learnt the basics of procedural laws.

I am sure interning at a prestigious law firm like Ojas Legal will help me further improve
upon my skills. Given my prior experience and interest in litigation, I am sure that I’ll be able
to contribute immensely towards your practice. I have learnt from my fellow classmates
who speak very highly of your firm as of how nurturing and learned fellow members are of
your firm. It will be exciting to be a part of a young and growing team of lawyers.
