This is to certify that Mr. Hemant Prajapati S/o Shree R.S. Prajapati, persuing BA.LLB. from
National Law University, Odisha has worked in this office from 01st December 2019 to 01th
January 2020 as an Intern. During this period, he assisted us in our office work related to
drafting apart from researching on legal points.

This legal work performed by Hemant Prajapati includes the following:-

· Researched, assisted and drafted a reply in a RERA matter.

· An Extensive research on the cases pertaining to several aspects of Consumer Protection
Act, 1986.
· Learned how to file a reply for a complaint for cases and learned about drafting of
various Complaints.
· Read cases relating to Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, Consumer
Protection Act, 1986 and Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA).
· Visited Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum and attended proceedings.
· Visited District Court with supervisor and learned about the proceedings of the court.
· Got versed with designations of judges in district court.

During this short period, I found Mr. Hemant Prajapati sincerely committed and
dedicated towards his work. I appreciate his learning efforts and wish him a prosperous career
in law.
