I am Ivan Daniel R. Henson, one of the applicants for the Doctor of Pharmacy
program here in UST. I took the exam last June 6, 2019 and was later informed that I am
included in the waiting list. It is very unfortunate that my slot for the said program is not yet
secured as I am 3rd in priority in the said list, which is why I am writing to you today to express
my willingness and interests in pursuing my studies here in UST. I am very much determined to
work hard and give my very best to deliver whatever it is needed to be able to earn the degree
for the Doctor of Pharmacy. I humbly ask of you to reconsider my application in the said
program
It would be an honor and a great opportunity for me if my request will be
permitted.
