On about 9:00 o’clock in the morning of April 17, 2019, PCpl Chris Mae R Zubiaga,
MWCPD PNCO under the supervision of PMAJ JERICK B VARGAS, COP establish
Women and Children Protection Desk to provide immediate assistance to the complaints
involving women and children during Holy Week.
