1. Reference: Memorandum from OIC, PCR Section dated May 12, 2020
with same subject as above.

2. Relative thereto, the Regional Community Affairs and Development

Division had already addressed the needs of transportation “Libreng Sakay” among the
civilians composed senior citizens, Pregnant Women, Adult and Children being needed
during the crisis in line with the Implementation of the New Normal.

3. In connection with the above reference, please be informed that on

November 9, 2021 at about 10:50 AM personnel of Technical Support Company,
RMFB MIMAROPA led by PSSg Maria Bianca I C Resurreccion, PCR PNCO under the
supervision of PMAJ ISRAEL CISCO T MAGNAYE, Company Commander conducted
Libreng Sakay to the person who need transportation in time of COVID-19 Pandemic at
Barangay Camilmil, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro. Activity aims to give assistance to
the person who need transportation to return to their respective homes. Activity ended
at about 11:20 AM with fruitful result.
