Verifying Weight of All
barrels Weighing more than
100 kg they also need to be
cross checked through
Sampling Procedure before
acceptance to Store.
Solution Steps
Weigh and note the quantity
of the spilled/ Breaked
/Lossed material as per SOP.
After approval from HOD and
Unit Head, same quantity is to
be deducted from the Stock
Inventory.
Start Preparing the incident
report with the cause of the
accident and appropriate
corrective action to avoid
recurrence of such incident.
We must need to maintain all
the record related to any kind
of wastages and losses in any
of the section.
Standard Operating Procedure
for Sampling is need to be
maintained.
Physical Quantity/Count of
material is same as in received
Quantity.
