Learning activity 1: Recognize the basic concept of tourism from its history,
classification, impact and system and the use of technical English as a
qualifying element for tourist guidance.

Describe yourself with vocabulary about your profession and environment:

When we talk about a tour guide we should know what are their main
functions, besides this we must have a clear definition of what a tour guide is.
It is necessary that the tour guide, has enough tools to introduce themselves
and verbalize through English language their strengths and weaknesses, in
order to achieve an interaction with tourists. In order to develop this activity,
it is expected that you are able to introduce yourself with all the basic
information you should have about the person who is guiding a group of
people in a tour. Also, with the material, you are able to describe your
appearance and personality through the use of phrases and vocabulary
related to your profession and surroundings.

3. Write a dialogue or a script where you introduce yourself to a foreign
