Introduction
classroom. In between traditional lectures with students who listen to their instructors
and take notes and individual e-learning from the commodity of one’s home, interactive
learning combines it all, right there in the spot where education happens, in the
classroom. Basically it involves the students to take an interactive role, which in return
promotes their autonomous learning. Interactive learning reinvigorates the classroom for
both the student and the teachers. Lectures are changed into discussions, and students
and teachers become partners in the journey of knowledge acquisition. However, there
are some cons of interactive learning. One is that it could be complicated because of the
use of unlimited number of resources and a variety of tools also adds up to the
complications, making it challenging to track what the students are learning and at what
pace. It also demands a great deal of work on behalf of the teachers. They need good
technical skills to be able to track and guide the students in the process, training that
allows them to teach the students of what sources are reliable for language learning, as
well as knowledge and experience in using the tools that promote autonomy and
classroom collaboration. Interactive learning must be updated, and often. Teachers and
students need to stay informed of the latest trends before they implement them in the
convenience to the teachers and students using E-Learning Management System. This
could solve the disadvantages of interactive learning system. The teachers will have the
access to the application and they can monitor the students who are enrolled in their
subjects. Also, they can make exam, quiz, seatwork, and assignment in the app and give
it to their students via the app. While the students will have the access to the app and
they can see their grades and subjects that they are enrolled. They will be also taking
the exams or upload the assignment in the app. This would be an advantage for the
teacher because their workload would be lessen. On the part of the students, in case
there would be no classes during typhoon calamities or other events, they can still learn
in their home via the app. This would benefit both to the teachers and students.
