Conference Languages
Abstracts will be accepted in English and Russian. Simultaneous oral translation into English, Russian and Kazakh will be provided in all
conference sessions, on-site.
Commercialism
SPE has a stated policy against use of commercial trade names, company logos, or text that is commercial in tone in the paper title, text, or
slides. The programme committee will scrutinise the use of such terms when evaluating abstracts, and the presence of commercialism in the
paper presentation may result in withdrawal from the programme.
Copyright
All authors of papers presented at the conference will be required to complete and submit a copyright release form to SPE or submit the
copyright exemption form where applicable.

No Presentation Policy
Conference authors who fail to have at least one designated individual present the paper at the conference will have the conference paper
permanently withdrawn from the SPE technical paper archive in OnePetro.
