(i) Compliant with CPCB guidelines . Incinerator of 250 kh/hr capacity, includes Primary &
Secondary Chambers, 3 Nos Burners, I.D Fan (minimum 10,000 M3/Hr. Suitable for the
complete system, F.D Fan (minimum 700 M3/Hr), Air & Smoke Ducting of 5 mm thickness,
External heat resistant painting, Refractory Lining from inside, Thermocouple, Air Flow
meters in both the duct. Measurement device for Negative Draft in the primary Chamber,
PLC suitable to support the total system satisfactory (with memory storage of 7-10 days
operations along with suitable provision for connecting it to personal computer for
transfering of data) along with its control panel, display unit & printer, complete in all
respects as per attached specification.
(ii) Air Pollution control devices includes Ventury Scrubber, Two
Droplet Separators & Measuring device in Ventury Scrubber, Water Circulation Tank &
other as per attached specification. Packed Bed Scrubber, Pressure Sand Filter &
Activated Carbon Filter unit. Fuel Tank & piping & any other items required for successful
operation. pH meter along with controller 7 other accessories. Automatic feeding system

(iii) Chimney of 30 mtrs. Height ( 8mm up to first

with minimum 3mm thick natural hard rubber suitable for the duty condition and shall
also conform to IS: 4682 part 1-1968 to avoid corrosion due to oxygen and acid in the
flue gas & design shall be as per IS:6533-1989.
