Dear Sir,
Aqua Add On Systems Inc., is pleased to submit herewith our quotation on the above
captioned subject for your evaluation. The design is based on your submitted wastewater characteristics
(laboratory results) and daily flow rate. Please refer to the attached scope of services and bill of
quantities for your perusal.
The wastewater treatment plant will primarily employ Advanced Oxidation Process (AOP), an
innovative emerging technology. The strong oxidizing power of hydroxyl radicals are utilized in the
oxidation of organic compounds to mostly carbon dioxide and water. Ozone/hydrogen peroxide is
chosen as the method of producing hydroxyl radicals.
Wastewater from the manufacturing process will be collected from the Equalization Tank. This
tank should be freely flowing by gravity to the tank for collection. Since the manufacturing site is yet to
be determined, this tank’s construction is left for the client to provide.
Ph adjustment is carried out in the Equalization Tank with sodium hydroxide (NaOH) addition.
Neutralization reaction will take place and will raise the pH level close to neutral pH. From the
laboratory results, current wastewater pH is at 3.98.

From the Equalization Tank, water is transferred by a pump to the Coagulation Tank. Coagulant
is dosed via a dosing system. The purpose of the coagulant is to form flocs with the colloidal particles
and suspended solids for easier separation from the wastewater stream.
Supernatant liquid will overflow from the Coagulant Tank to the Settling Tank before being
pumped to the Sand Filtration System for the entrainment of remaining suspended solids. On the other
hand, sludge from the Coagulation Tank and Settling tank will be pumped to the Filter Press for the
concentration of sludge. Compacted solid sludge from the unit will be collected and disposed properly
by a DENR accredited hauler/treater.
Thank you very much for the opportunity to quote on your requirements and looking forward for
your earliest favorable consideration.
