The reasons for our failed reservation of the company name and trademarks are because of
the following:

A. Existing Registered Companies and trademarks:

a. Infinite Solutions Food Supply Co. Ltd.
b. Infinite Solutions Marketing Management Group Corp.
c. Infinite Solution Lending Investor Corp.
d. Infini-T Foods Corporation
e. Infinity Solutions Financing
f. Infinit-O Pasay
g. Infi-nity Manpower Enterprises Corporation
h. I-nfinite Sources Ltd. Co.

Our justification for our appeal is that Infinit Solution Inc., as well as the tradenames
Infinit Solution and Infinit are very different from the existing names and will not be
mistaken for them. Our services also belong in another industry and category as our
primary purpose will be centered on Information and Communication with specialization
in Computer Programming activities and other Information Technology related services.
Our purpose is not similar to the existing names mentioned above who are into food
industry, marketing industry, manpower industry, and lending industry.
