STAJ UYGULAMASINDA YAPILACAK İŞLEMLER
Adım 1: Staj Başvurusu (01.Ocak-30.Nisan): Öğrenciler Staj başvurusunda bulundukları firmaya, Fakültemiz öğrencisi olduğunu gösteren “Ek-1:Staj
Başvuru Belgesi” ni doldurulmuş ve imzalanmış olarak Bölüm Sekreterlerinden alınacaktır.

Adım 2: Staj Kabul Belgesinin Bölüme Teslimi (01.Mayıs-15.Mayıs): Öğrencinin staj başvurusunda bulunduğu firma, öğrencinin staj yapmasını kabul
ettiği takdirde “Ek-2: Staj Kabul Belgesi” ni doldurup öğrenci vasıtasıyla Üniversiteye gönderecektir. Öğrenciler Ek-2 Belgesini Bölüm Sekreterliğine
verirken sigortalarının yapılabilmesi için aynı zamanda “ Ek-3: Staj Sigorta Yatırma Belgesi”’ni de doldurup bölüme teslim etmeleri gerekir.

Adım 3: Staj Değerlendirme(15.Mayıs-31.Mayıs): Bölüm başkanlıklarında toplanan “Ek-2: Staj Kabul Belgeleri” Mayıs ayının son gününe kadar
Bölüm içinde kurulacak olan Staj Komisyonu tarafından değerlendirilip, Staj yeri kabul edilen öğrenciler panodan ilan edilece ktir.

Adım 4: Sigorta İşlemleri (01.Haziran-30.Haziran): Bölüm Sekreterleri, staj yapan öğrencilerin listesini oluşturup, “Ek-3 Staj Sigorta Yatırma
Belgesini”, sigorta primlerini yatırmak üzere Fakülte içerisindeki görevli sigorta işlemlerini yürüten Memura teslim edeceklerdir. İlgili memur Fakülte
içindeki tüm öğrencilerin Sigorta girişlerini Haziran ayı içinde yaparak, “İşe Giriş Bildirgelerini” ilgili Bölüm Sekreterlerine geri teslim edecektir.

Adım 5: İşe Giriş Bildirge Belgesinin Teslim Alınması (Temmuzun ilk haftası): Öğrenciler “İşe Giriş Bildirge Belgelerini” Bölüm Sekreterlerinden
Temmuz ayının ilk haftası içerisinde teslim alıp staj yerlerine gidebilirler.

Adım 6: Stajın Yapılması: Fakültedeki tüm öğrencilerin staj başlama ve bitiş tarihleri aynı tarih olacaktır. Bu tarihler dışında staj yapmak mümkün
değildir. Stajların başlama tarihi Bütünleme notlarının ilan edildiği son tarihten sonra gelen haftanın pazartesi ile bunu takip eden 25 iş günüdür. Her
yıl bu tarihler Akademik Takvime göre değişmektedir. Öğrenciler staj süresince Staj Defterlerini doldurup firmaya onaylattıracaklardır.

Adım 7: Staj Defterlerinin Doldurulması: Staj Defterleri elektronik ortamda doldurulacaktır. Staj Defterlerinin Formatı Mühendislik Fakültesi
Anasayfasından elektronik olarak indirilecektir. Bu format Word dökümanı şeklindedir. Format içerisindeki tüm alanl ar bilgisayar ortamında
doldurulacaktır. Buna fabrikada günlük olarak yapılan işlerin yazıldığı İş Yaprakları da dahildir. Staj bitimine kadar tüm sayfalar tamamlanıp çıktısı
alınıp dağılmayacak şekilde dosyalanıp İş yerine imzalatılacaktır.

Adım 8: Staj Dersinin Alınması: Öğrencinin staj ders notunun girilebilmesi için öncelikle bu dersin güz dönemi ders alma işlemleri içerisinde seçilmiş
olması gerekir. Bu nedenle dersler 3. ve 4. sınıfların ilk dönemleri içerisine konulmuştur. Yapılan stajların not girişleri 3. ve 4. sınıfların güz
döneminde yapıldığından bu iki stajdan herhangi bir tanesinin geciktirilmiş olması durumunda otomatik olarak okul yarım dönem uzamaktadır.
Öğrencilerin bu konuya özellikle dikkat etmesi gerekmektedir.

Adım 9: Staj Defterinin Doldurulması, Sicil Fişinin Teslimi ve Elektronik Formatın gönderilmesi (Güz Dönemi Ekle-Sil Haftası): Staj bitiminden
sonra güz dönemi okullar açıldığında Staj Defterini ve Staj Sicil Fişini (kapalı bir zarf içerisinde) Bölüm Başkanlığına teslim edilecektir. Aynı zamanda
elektronik olarak yazılan tüm staj sayfaları Pdf Formatına çevrilip muhendislik@karabuk.edu.tr adresine ekle sil haftası içerisinde gönderilecektir.
Staj formatını gönderen öğrenciler panoda ilan edilecektir. Pdf formatları Fakültenin elektronik kütüphanesinde saklanacaktır. Stajın kabulü için
gönderilmesi zorunludur. Elektronik formatlar imzaya sunulan en son kopya olmalıdır.

Staj defterlerinin değerlendirmesi, staj süresince ne kadar bilgi t oplanıldığı ve bu bilgileri düzgün bir şekilde nasıl ifade edildiği açısından
değerlendirilecektir. Cümle anlatımları “yapılmıştır, çalışılmıştır , denenmiştir” şeklinde olmalıdır. Tüm yazı, şekil ve gra fikler eletkronik formatta
hazırlanmalıdır. İş Yaprağı sayfası stajdan elde edilen bilgi miktarınca çoğaltılacaktır. Staj sonunda elektronik defterin çıktısı alınıp işyerine
imzalatılacaktır. Staj Sicil Fişi işyerine verilip, iş yeri tarafından doldurulup kapalı ağzı mühürlü bir zarf içinde öğrenci ye verilecek ve öğrenci staj
defteri ile birlikte bu zarfları bölüme teslim edeceklerdir.

Adım 10: Notların Girilmesi (Vize ve Final dönemi): Üniversitemizde yapılan stajlar ders hükmünde olduğundan, bu derslerin Vize ve Final notlarının
girilmesi akademik takvimdeki zamana göre yapılacaktır. Staj dersi hangi Öğretim Üyesi üzerinde gözüküyorsa, not girişleri bu öğretim üyesi
tarafından sisteme G (Geçti) K(Kaldı) şeklinde girilecektir.

Tarih Çizelgesi (Buradaki tarih gösterimi, yaklaşık tarihleri göstermektedir, hafta başları yıldan yıla değişebilir)

The contractor (Turkey Locomotive and Engine Industry Corporation) in 1894 was founded as a
small workshop .First organizational goals while trains are made in Baghdad released locomotive
and meet railroad maintenance needs of small locomotive in a dairy, passenger and carriage wagon
repair is made, it days of being sent to Germany for repair boilers of locomotives and all the parts
are imported .
The name of the factory in 1958. "Eskişehir Railway Factory" is changed in the same year and the
first Turkish-made locomotive "KARAKURT" is produced. Afterthat factory first home made cars
in 1961 "DEVRİM" to the appropriate designated as the place and especially the leadership of the
engineers at the factory produce 4 car is 4.5 months.1970 the name of the factory "Eskisehir
Locomotive and Engine Industry Organization" has been changed to ELMS .This years after the
factory start into a joint stock company.In year 1986 council of Ministers decided to produce the
first diesel engine and takes its name today.

welding masks, goggles, and filtering respirators are. Occupational hygiene is very important. Is full
hygiene requirement for workers to toxic substances. Workplaces clean and potable water should be
used. Changing rooms, toilets, food and drink should not be defeated where hazardous substances
are used. Hands and places exposed to the chemicals the body should be washed with plenty of
water and should be taken daily shower. appropriate work clothing and footwear should be used
during business work. Clothing and work-out clothes should be stored in the same cabinet and
should not be washed in the same place. Physical exercise should be done every day.

I started my internship today.After registration,document processing is finished,I was sent.When I


come to the rail systems factory,we talked about the factory with the engineer who is responsible
for us.Engineer in general DE 36000 was on the locomotive and talked about its general
characteristics.GE and the scope of TÜLOMSAŞ strategic partnership,DE 36000 locomotives were
produced.20 for TCDD five of the commissioned DE 36000 locomotives were completed and
delivered to TCDD told.

In general I would like to mention the general characteristics


of the locomotives of DE 36000:

1)Compared to other load locomotives,it is stronger,cleaner and more


fuel efficient more suitable locomotive.
2)It consists of approximately 160 thousand pieces.
3)2750 kW engine,6 axles,advanced AC traction system and dynamic braking,
light axle-road ıt is designed with more horsepower and traction to support
its applications.
4)It has 3600 horsepower.
5)Locomotive weight consists of 129 tones.
6)The axle alignment is Co-Co.
7)The wheel diameter is 1069 mm.
8)The rail clearance is 1435 mm.

In the railway systems factory,the chassis starts from two sides.In the first part the welding is,done
by repairing and repairing the chassis.In the second part,final arrangements are made before
production.The chassis is the biggest part of the train.There are bumpers at the beginning and
end.The chasin has a lot of auxiliary parts.For a better welding of the chassis and a time-consuming
acqusition in production,a certain mechanism is used to rotate the chassis and achieve better
welding.It facilitates labor.After we finished the chassis, we went to the master and made
measurements.The master has tolerance values.Measurements are made taking into account those
tolerances and recorded.Later on quality control is going on.After approval, production is passed.

First,I went to the source simulation.We sourced in computer environment. What is really intended
to be taught us is how to keep the tool in hand and how to properly weld it according to it.After we
learned how to make this source,we went to the source house.Engineer showed migmag source.I
have learned
that Migmag source is used more in general life and preferred according to other resource
types.Migmag continuous wire welding with heat energy required in MIG welding material
manifested by an elektric arc formed between the continuous wire.The welding tourch feeds
additional grain to the welding zone and at the same time sends the shielding gas to the welding
zone so as to protect the welding zone and the welding bar from the bad influence of the air.

The materials that can be obtained with Migmag method are; Carbon steels, stainless steels,
aluminum and alloys, nickel and alloys, copper and alloys.

Finally, we went to the place where the source was originally made, I made
a resource with the master as we learned how to make the source in the source
simulation.

The Y-25, bogie is a standardized heavy-duty wagon used by European railway companies.This
type of bogie is used in high volume in companies that make railway transport.The Y-25 bogie has
gained a reputation for its simple structure and efficiency in its use phase.As a result of the use of
the first prototype by numerous operators and companies, the experience gained has been
continually improved.Numerous improvement work carried out by UIC on parts of the booth has
increased the reliability of bojin.

Technical characteristics of the Y-25 boiler are;

2)Maximum speed is 120km/s in case of motion.
3)The axle distance is 1800 mm.

Rilnss wagons are preferred for the transport of cargoes such as steel and wood products that are
affected by the weather.Thanks to the fully opened tent, it is possible to transport on the European
Railway network with the TSI certified Rilnss wagon, which can be easily loaded with a
crane.When I saw this wagon
in the wagon factory, the last maintenance and repairs were left.Later, when I asked the master, he

When we went to the laser-hair cut in the wagon, the reponsible master told us how it worked and
for what purposes it was used.At the beginningof usage purposes, there are plates cut.Laser cutting
on mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum plate is very straightforward.Excellent cutting quality.It
has a very small edge width and small heat effect.It makes it possible to cut very complex shapes
and small plates.At the same time, the laser beam is alight of a single wave length or a light column
of very high intensity.

When I went to the locomotive factory, I examined the locomotives in the revision section.First, I
observed the DH 9500 lokomotive.

If I go to the specifications of the DH 9500 lokomotive:

The first thing I saw when I went to the engine factory was the flywheel. The flywheel is a wheel
that transfers a motion from a motion to a gearor keeps the speed of motion smooth on the
machines.I saw the crankshaft after flywheel. The crankshaft was not a tool we produced when I
asked the master.They said they took the crankshaft from the outside.Later I learned what the
crankshaft is doing. The crankshaft rotates the alternating linear motion from the eccentric milder
and the piston into a continuous circular motion and transmits it to the gearbox via flywheel and
clutch.The crankshaft is usually manufactured by casting and the zones in which the connecting rod
is to be worked are machined precisely by machining.

When I moved to the second part of the engine factory, I saw honing,milling, turning and CNC
machines.I asked the engineer and the master to explain how these machines work and what they
do.In the direction of the answers I get, I would like to tell the honesty at first: Honing is an
abrasive process that obtains an accurate surface from a metal workpiece.It also improves the
surface texture and roughness
while simultaneously correcting the geometry of the surface by pressing the honing stone against
the cylinder surface in a controlled manner.It is generally used in the finishing of internal
combustion engine cylinders,gears and hydraulic cylinders.

Later,we went to the milling machine with the master.I would like to refer to what the milling
machine is: The milling,cutting action is a process in which the tool rotates around itself and the
part moves forward.The milling takes place with the help of the teeth around the tool.The mills are
divided into two in terms of machining method: circumferential and forehead.In the peripheral
mill,the saw dust
is removed by the teeth on the forehead surface of the tool when the teeth around the tool are in the
milling head.

The other one we were talking about was the machine turning machine.Turning is a combination of
two movements.The rotation of the workpiece and the movement of the team's progression.The
advancing movement of the tool can be along the axis of the workpiece,which means that the
diameter of the workpiece will be reduced to a smaller measure.Three commonly used turning
operations; longitudinal turning,head turning and profile machining.

Finally,the machine I learned was a CNC machine.CNC machines are a type of lathe designed to
facilitate and automate tasks that require agriculture or other human power. The CNC stands for
computerized numerical control.These devices are needed in the mac hinery,agriculture and
automotive sectors.CNC machines are active in all fields today to increase speed and
professionalism in the work that requires human power.

When I went to the electrical factory,the master who was responsible for us informed me about the
wrapping of the coils by the copper wire and what the coil was. A coil is a circuit element that is
produced by wrapping a conductor wire on top or side by side.The unit of the coil is henry (H), and
the symbol is l'.When the coil AC current is applied, a magnetic field is formed around the coil
because the direc
tion of the current changes continuously.Since this magnetic field shows an additional resistance
against current flow, the resistance of the coil in the AC circuits inc reases.In DC circuits, the
resistance of the coil against flow is only the ohmic resistance caused by the metal from which the
coil is produced.The winding on the coils is called the spool, the mandrel or the carcass, and the
spool on the conductive
mandrel is called the spiral, the winding or the winding.Coil windings are usually over polished
(insulated) copper wire.

When we went to the heat treatment workshop, the responsible master talked about the carbon
hardening and nickel bath.If I will touch on these issues:

This workshop is made of nickel,silver and copper.It consists of too much acidic medium.It is a
chemical medium that works with cyanide.Zinc coating is used for cocoon.The cathode or anatten
is dissolved and spread.The heat treatment workshop consists of a carbon balance diagram.The
cellular structure within it
changes.Heat treatment works on places where manufacturing is done.It is reques ted that the
material coming out is hard and the inside is soft.8820 is case hardening steels.The structure
changes rapidly when we melt the material quickly.Correction steels are called steels whose carbon
is spontaneously high.Stress relieving in manufacturing,normalization is not the same.The inside of
the material is made uniform.Water is supplied to the material in cooling media.To make the
material hard,soften is to heat process.Hardness can not be done without carbon.It is propane gas
that provides carbon formation.Wait for 30-60 min to avoid deforming the material at high
temperature.Tempering is applied when the hardness is reduced.
Among the temperatures desired to temper,the material gets stressed and relieved.It does not affect
the hardness.In the teeth,hardness is taken according to their depth.

In another part of the elektrical plant, we were electrocuted.Electrolysis is the process of separating
chemical compounds dissolved in a liquid by means of electric current.This change is due to the
electron giving (oxidation) of the material; or reduction (reduction).The electrolysis prosses is
carried out in a device
called an elektrolysis vessel or tank.This device consists of two elektrodes which are immersed so
that they do not touch each other by dissolving a compound separated into positive (+) and negative
(-) charged ions.The voltage (elektric field) generated when the elektrodes are connected to a
current source moves the ions towards the counter- charged eletrode (pole).At the opposite pole, the
atoms or molecules balancing the charge settle on the elektrode or enter new reactions with the
molecules in the electrolyte.

The electrical energy generated by the transformer fed by the generator driven by the diesel engine
or the feeder fed by the catenary,and the elektrical machines that turn the mechanical energy are
called the cer motor.The locomotive rotates the axles and wheels to provide the ceramics.The pinion
gear of
the ceramic engine is connected to the pinion gear of the cer motor and the ceramic engine is
connected to the shaft of the engine.Balance of mechanical and elektrical balance of the endurance
is made during manufacturing and maintenance phases.The efficiency of the ceramic engine
depends on the compatibility
of the elektrical axis and the mechanical axis.

In this section,all parts of Tülomsaş are drawn in computer environment and delivered to necessary
places.Drawings are being made in Arge using Auto CAD and solid programs.But in recent times
the arge will work on the catia and will draw the drawings from now on through the catia program.
