Sunep
Extreme pressure (EP) mineral oils for transmissions and
gearboxes which are heavily loaded. It has excellent wear
protection under extreme pressures/shock loads and is ex-
ceptionally stable at a wide range of temperatures. Provides
an effective protection against rust and corrosion and has an
excellent capacity to quickly separate from water.

Duragear PGL
Fully synthetic PAG lubricant for industrial transmissions.
Recommended for use in industrial transmissions working
under extremely high loads and temperature changes. High

very good thermic resistance.

Duragear
Synthetic PAO based lubricant, for industrial transmissions,
with EP additives. Suitable for stationary transmissions
which are heavily loaded and under extreme temperatures.
This product has been formulated from synthetic PAO ba-
sed oil with the aim of achieving a superior performance
compared to standard mineral oils. Its advance formulation
provides an extraordinary chemical resistant to oxidation,
extending the oil life. Furthermore, Duragear improves
quiter loading capacity, has a high viscosity index, high flas-
hing point, low pour point and also keeps systems extremely
clean.

Multipurpose calcium grease, suitable for automotive, in-

LITHUM INDUSTRIAL GREASES
Multi Duty Grease EP
Multi Duty Grease Ep has been designed to perform in a
wide range of applications that require a grease capable of
supporting heavy loads and temperature variations. Con-
tains extreme pressure additives and a reduced impact on
the environment.
Multi Duty Grease offers an excellent resistance to water
washout and good anti-wear and anti-rust properties.
Working temperature: -20 to 120ºC

Multi Moly Grease EP
Multifuncional lithium grease. Formulated from mineral
base oils, with a high refinement grade, and fortified with
molybdenum disulfide (MoS2). Developed to meet with the
requirements needed in the most severe automotive and in-
dustrial applications.

SPECIAL INDUSTRIAL GREASES
Grease OGL
Fluid aluminum complex grease of high viscosity. It has
been developed from synthetic base oils of high quality and
a special additives pack, which includes graphite. Thanks to
the graphite this grease provides a thin and stable layer of
lubrication at high temperatures

Assembling copper paste. Suitable for use in screw joints
and all kinds of sliding surfaces.

Ultraplex
Lithium complex grease for high temperatures with EP addi-
tives. Ultraplex has been formulated with the latest techno-
logy in additives, offering high resistance to water washout.
Ultraplex is especially suitable for bearings operating under
severe conditions and high temperatures. Reduces the lubri-
cation intervals up to 80% less than other lithium standard
greases.

ECO Grease S
Biodegradable grease produced from synthetic oil with high
biodegradability and an additives pack free of heavy metals
or hazard components.
Eco Grease S is harmless to the environment and rapidly bio-
degradable.

rating in areas where there is a certain danger of contamina-
ting the environment: Aquifers, environmentally protected
areas, wells, etc.

WHITE AND PROCESS OILS

Sunoco White Oil Sunpar

Pure mineral oils refined to an extremely high degree ma-
king them suitable for internal medical, cosmetic and food
machinery applications.
Sunpar oils are highly refined, premium quality oils. Structu-
rally, they have a predominance of saturated rings and long
paraffinic side chains. They are dewaxed to low pour points
and are available in a wide range of viscosities. SUNPAR Se-
ries show excellent oxidation resistance, which increases as
molecular weight increases. Their high aniline points indica-
te relatively low solvency power.

C.L.R.P.O Sunthene

SUNOCO’s original process oil. High quality pure naphthe- Light coloured, non-staining, naphthenic type rubber
nic oil. Process oil in rubber compounds, Neoprene, SBR, process oils.
EPDM, Butyl, natural rubber.

ASTM/IRM OILS

Reference oil used to determine the swelling of rubber in

mineral oils. Reference fluid to determine the rubber pro-
perties following the ex-ASTM D 471 method.

Sunoco HTF Sunoco HTF CLEANER

Heat transfer fluid produced from synthetic base oils and
specially selected additives package to extend their life and
exceptional performance, even operating at extremely high
temperatures in both open and closed systems. Sunoco HTF
fluids are non-toxic and non hazardous and resist carbon
formation.
Cleaning concentrated fluid, specially designed to be used
directly in the existing fluid in use. Cleans deposits, sludge
and varnish without stopping the system. Formula highly
concentrated.
