We, Liziz Lee Engineering Works Sdn. Bhd willing to purchase this product, Marine Sand
from your company subject to mutually agreed commercial covenants of final contract on the
following terms and conditions:

Quantity At least 2,000.000 cubic metre per month
The gross price of the Marine Sand should not be more than

USD 7.50 (FOB) per M3
Payment Terms Letter of credit or Telegraphic Transfer (TT)
a) Soft corporate offer must provide Test reports of Marine
Sand from accredited laboratory
Additional b) Dredging, mining licenses at and from the concession area
requirements and to be issued by government.

past shipments
