Dear Sir/Mdm,
RE: Quotation for supply labour, machinery and transport for coring service
at 3A Pasir Panjang @ Labrador park project, the detail are as follows:
1) 100mm dia. x 300mm thickness opening @ $146/per no. x 6nos. = S$876/-
2) 250mm dia. x 500mm thickness opening @ $630/per no. x 1no. = S$630/-
Terms & Conditions
1) Water, electricity, marking and workplatform(if need staging) provided by your company.
2) We do our best, but unable to take responsibility: if any (a) structural damages,
(b) P.E. & other all approvals, (c) insurances and also (d) full restoration of the premises.
3) Price subject to change - due to site locations, conditions & other reasonable matters.
4) Difference of opening sizes(if) - price will revise & Contractor must show location/marking at site.
5) If any test-drill max. 400mm depth at $25/per no. and we not response for any measurements.
6) We have the rights to withdraw work: if lack of safety, co-operation & other reasonable issues.
7) Our diamond concrete coring unable to do from bottom to top - we use water (no dry coring).
8) Minimum charge $450/per site, if work value less than that or whatever reason cancel work at site.
9) Surcharges: if any (a) night work @40%, (b) SIC class $50/per hr. & (c) waiting $50/per hr.
10) Term of payment: C.O.D. without GST, adv. 5k and debris remove out from site excluded.
