Rules

 The week’s instructions will be handed out on the Friday prior.

Submitting

 All photo entries for the week must be uploaded to Microsoft Teams Files section by 4pm on
the Friday of each week. Each image should be clearly labelled with the team name, week
and activity title (e.g. Acoustics_W1_Game of Bones).
 Only one picture can be submitted for each photo item.
 The items must not be digital representations and not pictures of digital images on a screen
unless the instructions state as such (hint: they don’t!).
 Game of tones: Themed dress code days must be signaled to a judge if the theme is not
obvious.
 Game of moans: Walking meeting submissions will be entered on the white board. One
point per walking team meeting (not per team member), which must involve going outside
for minimum 15 minutes. Premises for walking team meetings include:
o Work meetings
o Lunchtimes with team members (running is also allowed).

Clarifications

 If photo or activity is done as a group, a percentage of the available points will be deducted
for each unexcused missing team member.
 Missing team members are excused under the following circumstances:

Nonattendance was unavoidable

Member is on leave
Member must be working elsewhere, e.g. in a different office or regular WFH day

Points allocations

 Extra points will be awarded to for the creativity of the picture or activity. This is based
solely upon the judge's discretion and cannot be disputed.
 An extra point will be assigned to each item that is completely original and not in a picture
taken by other teams (theme is excluded).
 The judge has the final word on any points allocation and these decisions cannot be
disputed.
Week 1

Points Activity
30 Game of bones: Entire team in a formal school/sports photo together
- Height order must be respected
- Team leader = teacher or sports captain position
10 Game of tones: Conduct a themed dress code for one day this week, e.g. white shirt
Wednesday. (Try and keep it professional)
Full points awarded where all team members present on the day are participating.
- 5 pts per non-participant
+ 1 pt for each differently-themed week
5 Game of phones: Team members’ reflection
5 Game of moans: Conduct a walking team meeting.
Week 2

30 Game of bones: Entire team jumping in the air
- This photo must be taken outdoors
- Extra points for scenic location
- All feet must be off the ground
10 Game of tones: Conduct a themed dress code for one day this week, e.g. white shirt
Wednesday. (Try and keep it professional)
Full points awarded where all team members present on the day are participating.
- 5 pts per non-participant
+ 1 pt for each differently-themed week
5 Game of phones: A boat, with team members standing in front of/next to it
5 Game of moans: Conduct a walking team meeting
Week 3

- E.g. everyone’s shoes or the tops of their heads
- Extra points for creativity
10 Theme: Conduct a themed dress code for one day this week, e.g. white shirt
