information and convincing that your product/service are value to them.

According to Nguyen (N.D) marketing is used to raise awareness, increase sales and create
trust among customers.

Increase of awareness is based on building potential customers to buy your product in the
later time, and creating an audience that knows what you are capable of offering.

Increase sales are based on the actuall selling of the product to the customers, thus,
reaching a certain amount of sales.

Lastly, trust among customers is creating a bond of trust among customers that would make
them want to come back for the product/service that you offer, thus, creates customer loyalty.

While in Advertising, Zisis ( 2012) stated that, advertising is specifically advertising your
product/service to media platforms and/or physical advertisements, in ways that could reach target
customers.

Moreover, Oubaiche (2015) defined advertising as continuity, for they are responsible for
keeping the present customer on track, and not to their competitors. He also added that advertising
