AN APPEAL TO THE STUDENTS BUS PASS CUSTOMERS OF

HYDERABAD CITY ZONE

Greater Hyderabad Zone made elaborate arrangements for smooth issual of

Student Bus passes for the year 2017-18. The following are the details of the
arrangements.

PROCEDURE:

To apply for student city free, district free, city route, district route, general,
Greater, Exclusive, special and Employee children category passes through online,
they have to visit the website www.online.tsrtcpass.in and has to fill up the
application form with due care by furnishing the SSC details, personal details,
residential details, institution details, course particulars and type of pass required
and to mention the preference center and date of requirement. Take print out of
online generated acknowledgement receipt and approach the institution to ensure
forwarding of online filled student bus pass application form to RTC and to visit the
respective counter on the date opted with the certification of the Principal on the
acknowledgement receipt to obtain bus pass. Unless and until the Principal/Head
of the Institution forwards the online applied student application form to RTC,
pass will not be issued to the students.

Student General passes(SGBT):

a) Intended Student General bus pass holders shall apply through online activity
and approach the following 19 bus pass centers duly following the above
procedure.

Student special passes :

b) Intended professional course pursuing student bus pass holders shall apply
through online activity and approach the following 5 bus pass centers duly
following above described procedure.

1. Rathifile,Sec`bad 2. Old CBS – Hanger 3.Dilsukhnagar

4.Sanathnagar 5. Mehadipatnam
 Student Exclusive passes:

c) Intended Student Exclusive bus pass holders shall apply through online
activity and approach the following 7 bus pass centers duly following the
above mentioned procedure.

1.Rathifile,Sec`bad 2. Old CBS – Hanger 3.Dilsukhnagar 4.Sanathnagar

5. Mehadipatnam 6.Uppal 7. ECIL X Road

Student District Route Passes:

d) Intended Student District Route pass applicants shall apply through online
activity and approach the following 7 bus pass centres duly following the
above mentioned procedure.

1. Rathifile 2. Medchal 3. Patancheru 4. Pochampally

5. Shamshabad 6. Kandukur 7. Ibrahimpatnam

Student Greater Hyderabad passes:

e) Intended Student Greater Hyderabad pass holders shall apply through online
activity and approach the following 19 bus pass centers duly following the
above procedure.

Our esteemed student bus pass customers are requested to note the above
arrangements and extend co-operation for smooth issual of bus passes on the
scheduled dates.

NOTE:- student bus pass holders can travel in Metro Express / Metro
Deluxe busses by paying Rs.10/- for Combi ticket for single trip.
