stainless steel vessels with the help of the steam
generated through boiler.

That extracted liquid will then

undergo the process of evaporation
with the effects of evaporators.

Then the extracted liquid of The finished Output will then

A covered shed of 20,000 square feet along with another 20,000
square feet of land would be required enough for the successful
execution and installation of plant and machinery.
This will undertake the future expansion.

POWER & Manpower

The Total Power of about 100 KBA and would be enough to run the
plant.
And as for manpower, approximately;
4 skilled persons will be required for operating boiler,
4 operators required for vessels,
4 operators for evaporators &
20 unskilled workmen.

building, machinery and its installment, raw materials & operating

Since, the acacia catechu wood is available in abundance in seven
north eastern states , this specie is grown in this territory from the last
two decades and is being unutilized , thus the locational advantage for
setting up the plant in Guwahati is feasible and a profitable decision.
MARKETING

Since, the group exposure & the exposure of one partner
MR AMRIT LAL HORA in the same industry is almost closed to 38
years.
Thus, there is no need of any marketing team to sell our product.
We plan to achieve 100% utilization and sell the same within 1st
quarter of its installation. And then in the coming quarters we plan to
double the capacity.

(Projections f.y 2018-19)
The land will be procured by 30th of September. Thereafter, the process
of ordering raw materials, machinery & its installation will take
another three months. Thus, the plant will commence its production by
1st day of January 2019.
Thus, we’ll get only one quarter in the financial year to showcase the
projections.
By 1st quarter we aim to achieve a sales quarter of about Rs
2,00,00,000.
In the next financial year i.e 2019-20 we project a sales turnover of
about Rs 18,00,00,000.
