The Management is pleased to appoint you as Leader of CFT for Integrated Quality Management System and
customer specific requirement w.e.f ---irrespective of other responsibility assigned, you shall be responsible for

(a) Assuring that an Integrated quality management system and as per requirements of standard and customer is
established, implemented in the organization.
(b) Reporting of the performance of quality system to the management for review and a basis for the
improvement of the quality system / requirement of organization.
(c) Liasoning with the external parties i.e Consultants, Trainers, Govt. agencies, customer related activities.

You are authorized to take action for: -

1. Establishment, Implementation and Maintaining of Quality Management System.

2. Taking preventive action to avoid occurrence of non-conformity in product process and quality systems and
ensure that it is effective.
3. Taking corrective action to avoid reoccurrence of non-conformity in product process and quality system and
ensure that it is effective.
4. Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization along with your
team member mentioned below:
