Exchanges & Refunds - Updated - 201901
Pauls Homemade (Pty) Ltd exchange policy for pre-orders through Head Office or through retail store.
- Should damage occur to Product during transport and while Product is within the possession of Paul’s
Homemade (Pty) Ltd.
- Should the customer have a change of heart at least 4 (four) working days prior to collection date. In this
circumstance, Product exchange is however subject to Product availability. This request needs to be approved by
Head Office and not therefore retail store.
- Should bubbling occur on rice paper prints while in Paul’s Homemade (Pty) Ltd possession (i.e. during transport
or while in store).
- Should the customers agreed upon pre-order request be produced with the incorrect flavour/incorrect standard
décor. This exchange is only granted subject to written confirmation either with an in-store order form or via
mail correspondence. This request is not granted if the décor/flavour request was made over the phone or in
person.
