Pauls Homemade (Pty) Ltd exchange policy for pre-orders through Head Office or through retail store.

Product exchanges will be allowed in the following circumstances:

- Should damage occur to Product during transport and while Product is within the possession of Paul’s
Homemade (Pty) Ltd.
- Should the customer have a change of heart at least 4 (four) working days prior to collection date. In this
circumstance, Product exchange is however subject to Product availability. This request needs to be approved by
Head Office and not therefore retail store.
- Should bubbling occur on rice paper prints while in Paul’s Homemade (Pty) Ltd possession (i.e. during transport
or while in store).
- Should the customers agreed upon pre-order request be produced with the incorrect flavour/incorrect standard
décor. This exchange is only granted subject to written confirmation either with an in-store order form or via
mail correspondence. This request is not granted if the décor/flavour request was made over the phone or in
person.

Exchanges will not be allowed in the following circumstances:

- Product melted post collection by the customer.

- Products tampered with or consumed in any way by the customer.
- Should a customer decide within 48 hours before collection to make changes to the order. i.e. to décor or
flavour.
- Should a customer fail to correctly store product after collection.
- Should bubbling occur on rice paper prints after collection.
- For dry ice or the polystyrene box used for transportation should customer not be able to collect their product
as agreed upon during the pre-order process.
- Should custom/standard décor have a slight variation in size/colour/look. Variations in product decor can be due
to natural product variations and Paul’s Homemade (Pty) Ltd cannot be held liable for exchanges in this
circumstance.

Paul’s Homemade (Pty) LTd refund policy for ice-cream cakes ordered through Head Office or retail store

Refunds cannot be allowed in the following circumstances:

- Partial or full refunds where Product was partially consumed.

- Should custom/standard décor have a slight variation in size/colour/look. Variations in product decor can be due
to natural product variation and Paul’s Homemade (Pty) Ltd cannot be held liable for exchanges in this
circumstance.
- Should Product be collected by the customer and melt while in their possession.
- For damaged Product after collection by customer.
- Should condensation affect rice paper prints after collection by customer.
- Where there are slight variations to size/colour of frosting décor applied to rice paper prints.
- For the return of used polystyrene boxes.
- For dry ice evaporation.
- Should customers request custom décor, the customer is required to provide an exact brief/image on any
special request. Slight variations on the décor after images are matched to final products will not be refunded.
