    1. Tell me about yourself:


    a. I go to Timothy Christian High Schools, and do gymnastics at Aerial Gymnastics
    Academy. I have been doing gymnastics for 14 years now. I am on the cheer
    team at Timothy Christian. I am also on student council.
    2. What is a strength of yours?
    a. One strength i have is my leadership. I have always been a natural leader.
    Another strength is my sense of humor. I know when people need a good laugh
    and can easily cheer people up. One weakness of mine is humility. I very often
    am perceived as cocky or over confident. I am working on being more humble
    and contrite.
    3. What intrigues you about the position you are applying for?
    a. I will like the leadership and the fact that i am in charge of myself. I am good at
    working with my own motivation and i hate taking orders. I will work with others to
    develop leadership by giving them leadership opportunities.
    4. What is an accomplishment of yours in business?
    a. Got LOKO Clothing Co. out of debt- made back money from startup fees and
    then some
    5. Why should I hire you?
    a. Because I can make VEI better with my leadership strategy of leading by
    example.
    6. What an accomplishment of yours last year?
    a. I was the top salesman at the southern region tradeshow
    7. What leadership roles do you have currently?
    a. I am the team captain at gymnastics and lead strength daily
    8. What do you do when you make a mistake?
    a. Today, I messed up a science lab and I admitted that I did it wrong and then fixed
    it.
    9. How do you handle arguments?
    a. I had an argument with someone last night about mental illness and i told them
    what i thought about it and then we talked about it and BAM it was fixed
    10. Why should we hire you?
    a. You should hire me because i was the top salesman last year and I will help your
    business make sales.
    11. What will you bring to the table?
    a. My leadership skills and my knowledge from last year
