After Activity Report


“Efficient Assistance for Systematic Enrolment”

On or at about 0730H of August 28 2018, Tuesday, the assigned interns for


the enrolment assistance were gathered at UC-Main.

On or at around 0740H, the team leader of the Headquarters had his


members accounted and commanded his comrade to proceed to the theater.

On or at around 0755H, the interns proceeded to their posts for the


encoding of personal information, payments, printing, photo booth, ID
validation and confirmation and U-building for encoding of subjects for their
posts.

On or at about 0800H, the interns accommodated all the students


entering the theater. At the information area, students were assisted where to
go for new students, returning students, transferees and cross-enrollees,
including senior high students. Their advising rooms and encoding rooms were
also being specified and instructions were given. The encoding of personal
information, for payments, printing and ID validation; the interns see to it that it is
being systematic and organized.

On or at around 1200H, the interns are shifting in taking their morning


snacks because there are less students arriving and it is not a hassle.

On or at about 1300H, the food for lunch was given and the same routine
for the snack were done to have men in the enrolment while the others eat.

On or at around 1530H, the afternoon snacks were served and the interns
took shifts to have their snack. The interns take shifts with their positions while the
others take their snacks.

On or at around 1700H, the interns were instructed to close the line for
encoding of personal information, encoding of subjects, printing, photo booth,
confirmation and ID validation except for payments.

On or at around 1730H, the interns were instructed to close the line for
payments.

On or at about 1745H, the interns arrange the chairs used.

On or at about 1800H, the interns were dismissed.
