After Activity Report

“Culminating of KABADANG HAGIYO Class”

On or at about 0800H, the incoming intern officers, including Elgin Carl

Agpad, Fely Tabano, Jenille Bangilan, Janine Balageo, Marites Halino, John
Michael Quismorio, Rhaye Omanio, Mhark Vincent Lozano, Royland Solomon,
and Claudine Baraquio were gathered at UC-Legarda. The Class Adjutant
checked the attendance of the class.

On or at about 0815H, the incoming interns gathered the things needed

to be brought at the Theater of UC-Main Campus.

On or at about 0830H, the incoming interns transported the certificates,

instruments and materials needed for the culminating at the Theater of UC-Main
Campus, the KABADANG HAGIYO CLASS also went to the said venue to
practice.

On or at about 1000H, the incoming interns settled up the venue, at the

same time practice of the culminating commenced.

On or at about 1100H, practice of the culminating ended and the

SAMBAGWIS Class went out to have their lunch while the incoming interns
stayed at the theater to prepare for the culminating activity.

On or at about 1130H, the incoming interns had their lunch break by

sending someone to buy their respective food so that some will still stand post at
the theater.

On or at about 1230H, the incoming interns were prepared for

accommodating the guests. They started on the registration of all attendees
and guided them to their seats.

On or at about 1320H, the program started upon arrival of the guest

speaker, Dean of CCJE and the Class Marcher of the KABADANG HAGIYO Class.
The first part of the program formally started and it included the Message by the
guest speaker, Dr. Theodore M. Timpac, awarding of certificates and awards to
KABADANG HAGIYO CLASS and turn-over of Class Memento by the SAMBAGWIS
Class. The second part which included the different performances prepared by
the KABADANG HAGIYO CLASS, started shortly after.

On or at about 1530H, the incoming interns served the snacks to all

parents, faculty members, alumni, dean and guest of honor while part II of the
program was still on-going.

On or at about 1645H, the program ended with the closing remarks of

Dean Ariel Nimo B. Pumecha.
 On or at about 1730H, the incoming interns cleaned the theater,
gathered the instruments and materials, and transported it back to UC Legarda.

On or at about 1735, the Class Adjutant let the interns print their names on
the attendance sheet.
On or at about 1745H, the incoming Class Marcher dismissed all incoming
interns except for the two aides.
On or at about 1800H, the two aides were dismissed along with all other
incoming interns.
