After Activity Report

“Preparation for the Culminating of SAMBAGWIS Class”

On or at about 1330H, the incoming intern officers, including team

Headquarters went to the Canao Hall at UC-Main.

On or at about 1340H, the incoming interns brought out the things needed
to prepare the venue. While the SAMBAGWIS Class were practicing, the
incoming interns fixed the stage platform, tables, and chairs to be used during
the culminating activity.

On or at about 1630H, the tables and chairs were positioned as well as the
stage.

On or at about 1645H, the incoming interns started putting table clothes

and also the chairs were being covered. At the same time, the lady interns were
designing the stage to make it presentable.

On or at about 1700H, practice of the culminating ended and the

SAMBAGWIS Class went home while the incoming interns stayed at the hall.

On or at about 1720H, the Dean called the attention of all incoming

interns for briefing.

On or at about 1730, the Dean dismissed the incoming interns.
