NUMBER- S6373-00009-95101 , presently holding Valid Canada Student Visa
residing at # 40 Fallen Oak Court, Brampton, Ontario Canada do hereby solemnly
declare that:

1. I reside at the above mentioned address. I am student of St. Lawrence College,

Kingston. My family is resident of India.

2. I have applied for Open Work Permit vide application number : W303574499 dated
March 02,2019 which is pending before IRCC for final decision.

3. I have Completed my Canadian Education and Convocation Ceremony for my

Class 2018-19 is scheduled and will be held at Leon’s Centre in Kingston,Ontario
on Friday June 14th ,2019 at 3PM.

4. I wish to invite my Brother Jobanpreet Singh(Indian Passport Number: S2500728),

his Wife Mrs.Gurpreet Kaur ( Indian Passport Number:R9185337) and my nephew
Baby Manpahul Singh ( Indian Passport Number: S2478908) to Attend and
Participate in Convocation Ceremony and also for a Social/Family Re-Union visit
under Visitor Visa Category. It is my wish that the invitees should visit me under
the Visitor Visa Category. Presently the invitees are residing at India

5. The main purpose of the invitees visit is to Attend and Participate in Convocation
Ceremony .They will also get a chance of Family Re-union and Social visit under
the Visitor Visa Category to Canada. Also, they will be able to have the personal
glance of Canadian beauty. They would definitely return back to their home country
within the period of permitted stay in Canada.They have no intention to overstay in
Canada. They are well established and earning well in their country of Residence.
6. The invitees will be visiting Canada and will be visiting me in Brampton, ON in
Second week of June, 2019.

7. I have a house and have a bank balance to meet the expenses of the visitor and have
all sorts of amenities at home. I undertake to be fully responsible for their food,
lodging ,accommodation and other expenses incurred during their visit.

8. I also undertake that the invitees would not become a Social burden in Canada.

9. In case of any unnatural contingencies, the travel insurance would bear all expenses
of their hospitalization and any other ancillary expenses incurred there upon.

AND I make this solemn Declaration conscientiously believing it to be true and

knowing that it is of the same force and effect if made under oath and virtue of the
Canada Evidence Act.
