SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ANNABELLE SACLUTI COPADA, of legal age, with residence at #25 BAYANI ST. CONCEPCION 1
MARIKINA CITY, do hereby NAME, APPOINT, and CONSTITUTE, CHRIS GLENN S. COPADA, of
legal age, with residence at #25 BAYANI ST. CONCEPCION 1 MARIKINA CITY, to be my true and
lawful attorneys to act in, manage and conduct all my affairs, in CTBC Bank Philippines and for
that purpose in my name and in my behalf to do and execute all of any of the following acts
deeds and things, to wit:

1. To amend of pensioner’s details (such as ID’s birth certificate, proof of billing on

address, etc.)
2. To request for cash card delivery and pick up at branch.
3. To receive SSS ATM card.
4. To inquire delivery status
5. To request for card activation.
6. To request to revert account to open status ( in case of dormancy or unclaimed status).
7. To request for card activation.
8. To request for card cancellation.
9. To inquire card’s function.
10. To inquire for card and account status/balance/transactions made/credit date
11. To report transactions pertaining to account (debited w/o dispense, debited w/o sale,
etc.) for bank’s investigation.
12. To request for the SOA – transaction history (soft or printed copy depending on request)
13. To request for card replacement.
14. To request for pi lifting.

My attorney-in-fact hereby accepts this appointment subject to its terms and agrees to act
and perform in said fiduciary capacity consistent with my best interest as they in their best
discretion deems advisable, and I affirm and ratify all acts so undertaken.

GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power of authority to do and perform
all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the
premises, hereby ratifying and confirming all the said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or
cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
