Meeting Objective/s::
1. Discussion about the Motorcade Activity for the Pharmacy, MLS and RT
Licensure Exam Passers
 Date: September 25,2017
 Time: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
 Venue: SPC Gymnasium
 Note:
o All Class Presidents should be able to check the attendance of
their class.
o For students who will not attend the activity, their clearance will
not be signed by the Department Dean. Student must present
proofs or any valid reason for absence.
o Chi-Pharmakon Officers are in charge of the program flow(in the
picture attached)
o The passers are the only ones encouraged to join the motorcade
activity(no undergraduate students). Thus, the officers together
with the students should cheer and welcome them as they arrive
in the school.

2. Assignment of Pharmacy Department during the activity

 Tribute Program for the Passers
o Balloons
 Allocated Budget: P4,000.00
 Purchase 200 pieces of yellow(for BMLS), 200 pieces of
blue(BSRT), 200 pieces of purple colored
balloons(BSPHARM)
 10 volunteers for the inflation of balloons

1. TPK related matters:

 Search for possible players, team heads and participants for special
events
 Shirt designs were presented together with the other merchandise
things
 Plans for Club Fair Day and the other upcoming activities
