This letter is to inform your good office that I, Camille N. Libranda, is formally resigning as a registered
pharmacist, assigned in Mercury Naga- Elias Angeles Branch.

I am very grateful to all the knowledge I have gained and developed for my personal growth, and to be
honest, working in your company is such a big achievement in my professional career. I appreciate the
chance and opportunities you have provided me during my tenure. But apparently, I really want to
pursue and study in the clinical field, which is my ultimate dream.

During my last two weeks, I’ll do everything possible to wrap up my duties. Please let me know if there’s
