Bukidnon. I learned of this opportunity when someone from your good office posted in social media
about the said opportunity. Upon learning the information, I felt joyful knowing that it is my desire to
work and help in our government especially this pandemic.

I graduated last June 21, 2019 with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Central
Mindanao University.

I was affiliated at Southern Philippine Medical Center at Davao City, Bukidnon Provincial
Hospital-Maramarag, Bukidnon Provincial Medical Center-Malaybalay and Adventist Medical Center,
Valencia City. I worked as Nursing Attendant in Polymedic General Hospital Valencia City and as a
Research Science Aide in Central Mindanao University. I do believe that these experiences and skills that
I have gained, by God’s grace, will help me become effective worker.
