Oriental Provincial Hospital in Balingasag, I gained experience in patient care and a
variety of other health care activities. I have been trained to properly monitor patients'
health.

requirements stated in your job description. While working at Misamis Oriental Provincial
Hospital, I gained an in-depth understanding of how to carry out medical procedures and
care for pregnant women. In addition, I have good communication skills that allow me to
communicate well with patients, family members, physicians, and other members of the
health team.

Dear Mrs. Aveline Sue Ann Lim,

Please accept this letter as formal notice of my resignation from my position as a staff
midwife at Capitol University Medical Center. My last working day will be April 30, 2024.

My career goals have developed since I began working here. After careful consideration,
I've decided to pursue a different career path that better aligns with my passions.

Capitol University Medical Center has provided me with valuable opportunities and
support. I have enjoyed working with the team. I'd like to thank Ma'am Aveline for her
guidance and support while I was working here. The knowledge that I've gained here will
certainly help me in my future endeavors.

While I am excited to pursue new opportunities, I will always remember my time at
