Dear Ma’am,

I am writing this letter as my official resignation from Mercury Drug Mabini Kalibo
Branch as Pharmacy Assistant, effective October 1, 2019. I’m planning to take my nursing board
exam this coming November 2019 and I need to prepare. Regardless, if I am fortunate to pass the
exam or not, this will serve as my time to look for other opportunities outside MDC. I enjoyed
my work as a Pharmacist Assistant for more than 2 years and regret to leave the friendly
environment of MDC family.

I am grateful for all of the experience I have earned as a Pharmacy Assistant even for a
short period of time. And I appreciate all your patience and full cooperation with me. Rest
assured that I will make the transition smooth as much as possible.
