DEED OF ASSIGNMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENTS:

This Deed of Assignment executed by:

MR. JUAN DELACRUZ Filipino, of legal age, single, with residence and postal address at [Address],
hereinafter referred to as the “ASSIGNOR”

-in favor of-

MS. MARIA CRUZ, Filipino, single, of legal age, with residence and postal address at [Address], Philippines,
hereinafter referred to as the “ASSIGNEE”.

WITNESSETH that –

WHEREAS, [percentage owned] (XX%) of the purchase price of the following property held in my name in

A parcel of land, including any and all improvements existing thereon known as LOT NUMBER,

WHEREAS, under Article 1448 of the Civil Code I hold [percentage owned] (XX%) of the aforesaid property
as Trustee,

as the family of DE LEON FAMILY shall direct,

WHEREAS, I have now been instructed to deliver the same to the ASSIGNEE.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above premise, I hereby assign, transfer, and convey a
