After graduating from college, she worked in a remote public school in Isabela, and then transferred to
OB Montessori Scholl in Greenhills, Mandaluyong where she resumed for eight years. It is where she was
trained to be a Montessori educator and inspired her to advocate personalized education in Montessori way.
Having been achieved Montessori education training in the New York city U.S.A, She and her husband
established their first Montessori school in Binan, Lagunawith 17 children as first pupils. Through the word of
mouth, the foundation Dr. Rosario built after few years completed her to build bigger institution and named it
Casa Del Niño Montessori School with less than 500 students, preschool, elementary and high school. After few
years again, she expanded to three more schools in Laguna-2 in Biñan and 1 in Brentville, Santa Rosa. Later on
brought home her success to her hometown, 1 in Ilagan and another in Roxas, Isabela. Her children expanded to
Calamba, Laguna. At present, she and her family own 8 schools. She has been helping a lot of people to pursue
their dreams especially those come from the marginalized class of the society. Her advocacy is that to provide
quality education to the young from all walks of life by helping them possess a character that will make them
