sales via our premium content and connect with other sales professionals.

Mintly provides a seamless, content-rich platform for Employers and


job seekers. Minty, thereby also facilitates a strong community of sales
professionals.

Mintly currently focuses on Retail, FMCG and Finance sectors across Tier 2 and 3
cities in South India

The Problem Mintly is solving


Job Market in India is currently plagued with following gaps:

+ No service available with focus on sales and service jobs.


+ Large portals focused on Tier 1 city jobs and their reach to
local businesses is limited.
+ They are serving Tier 1 & 2 companies.
+ Many field level sales guys are UNLISTED and not available online.

Other Job Portals like AASAN JOBS, BABA JOBS, QUIKR and SHEROES are focused
on IT, Blue Collared and Grey Collared Jobs.

There are estimated 1.87 crores sales profession-
als across India in 2017-18. This is expected to
swell to 1.90 crores in 2018-19 and 1.94 crores in
2019-20.

The number of sales jobs in 2016 is 36 lakhs and


is expected to rise to 40 lakhs.

The sales manpower business is worth of


Rs.22.6k crores in 2017-18, and is expected to
grow to 25k crore in 2018-19 and 27.5k crore in
2019-20 respectively.

The market in Tier 2 and 3 cities alone is worth

Tier 2 and 3 cities
+ Through ATL efforts: Outdoor advertising, print, radio, van campaigns, and PR
campaigns
+ Through BTL activities: Signages, delivery van branding, event sponsorships, gifts
