VAPE

Nowadays, people use vape in order to lessen the use of traditional cigarette. Some people say
that this is safe for our health, it is not addictive. and safer than traditional cigarettes because they use
heated liquid vapor rather than burning tobacco leaves in a process that has been proved to be
carcinogenic. However, there is still no evidence that no diseases will result from using this.

Vaping is often used by those who want to quit smoking and it is a subject that comes up very
frequently as the current alternate to smoking. Although many say it's safe, Blaha says vape is potentially
harmful to our health because you expose yourself to all kinds of chemicals that we do not yet understand
and that may not be safe. Also, some studies show that vaping makes it more likely that someone will try
other tobacco products, like regular cigarettes, cigars, and smokeless tobacco. Some research on the
dangers of vaping focuses on nicotine toxicity, which can produce nausea, vomiting, an elevated heart
rate and seizures. This is a particular concern for young people, who are more sensitive to chemicals than
adults.

According to Buckley (2019), they observe that by using this product, they are some changes in
some users’ emotional state, sexual performance and memory. Another study shows that the short-term
effects that vaping has on the lungs are similar to the ones from smoking. Yale health researchers who
study the health effects of vaping and e-cigarettes agree that vape devices have not been proven to help
adult smokers quit smoking. Moreover, vaping increases the risk a teen will smoke regular cigarettes later.

Vape is safer than to the traditional cigarette but still has bad effects to our body. Although
unaware of the long-term negative effects of vaping on the human body, we still need to take care of our
health to prevent possible diseases. For adults, they can avoid the use of vape and cigarettes by reducing
the use of the product until it is no longer used. For teenagers, they can avoid using it with the help of
their parents and also by focusing on other important things such as education and engaging in some
