we request you to allow the employees of our company to work in your above project. We

undertake the responsibility of the employees from the above company with regard to any

injuries/fatality…etc resulting from the accident if it happens while working at your above

project. We will ensure that all these employees are covered by workmen compensation

insurance. We understand that the visa stamped passport copies of the employees has to be

produced while reporting for HSE Induction.
