Minutes of First General Assembly August 18, 2019

Agenda :
1. Introduction of Instructors of BS Architecture Program
2. Introduction of Chapter Officers of FY 2019-2020
3. Orientation of the BS Architecture program
4. Election, appointment and replacement of vacant positions in the chapter officers
5. Orientation of the UAPSA organization
6. Membership drive (orientation)

The chapter President called and presided the meeting to start at 10:30 a.m and discussed the
agenda.
The dean of the College of Engineering and Architecture proceeded with her opening remarks
about the BS Architecture Program.

1. The meeting reconvened and proceeded to the introduction of Instructors of the

program.
2. Orientation of the BS architecture program by the UAPSA adviser and head of the
architecture program, and discussed the following:
 Policies (uniforms, cleanliness, rules)
 No INC grade rule
 Pre- qualifying exams for 4th year
 Mock board exam for 5th year
3. Election, appointment and replacement of vacant positions in the chapter officers
 Vice President for Operations had been voted and agreed to be replaced by Rizza
Salde
 Commissioner on Internal affairs had been voted and agreed to be replaced by
Jessie Hosenilla
4. The Chapter President then Introduced the Chapter officers of the FY 2019-2020
5. Membership drive orientation by the commissioner on Membership and the Chapter
President
 Deadline is set to August 20,2019
 Payment for the new members—P250
 Payment for the renewal of old members – P200
6. Orientation of the UAPSA Organization by the chapter president and Open forum for the
Question and Answer portion of the meeting.
At 11:10 AM the chapter President adjourned the meeting.
