    My warm greetings.

    I am writing to express my reason why I was late in requesting the budget for the
    deployment/endorsement of Engineering graduates.

    Admittedly, I overlooked the deadline of submission for the budget request due to the
    demanding attention I have to provide for the Educational Tour of BSIT and BSCpE students.
    In addition, the huge number of endorsements and deployment for our students came along
    with the deadline.

    I sincerely admit my late submission but would still like to request the approval of budget for
    the BSCpE deployment/endorsement.

    I am hopeful for your favourable and kind response. Thank you and God Speed.
