Dear Sir,

May I take a moment of your time to discuss about the running project at your school on behalf
of all the members. I believe that volunteerism is the cornerstone of community betterment.

Year before last we initiated few voluntary projects at your school premises including pantry
stuff, provision of free of cost course material to the students and aiding in the payment of school
fees for all those parents who genuinely could not bear the expenses.

It had really been inspiring to come together in the support of the students and contribute and
have been able to positively affect so many young lives with such a little effort.

Woefully, this year we will not be able to extend this support majorly because of inflation and
escalated crime rate in the country. We all were managing this contribution from our stipends
and arranging the stuff from different areas of the city but the unfavorable conditions are the
hinderance to continue.

Please accept our apologies for stepping back at this very moment. We have had a quality
experience with your school. We will look for the possibilities in the upcoming year to continue
the support better than now.

SUBJECT: Unpleasant Experience

Dear Sir,

Trust things are well at your end.

We have had an experience of having our client workshop, XYZ Company which was organized
and managed by your hotel.

Having said that, I’d like to notify you of the short comings and my experience was a little
disappointing and not at par with the kind of expectations and excitement that we had. Hence, I
found it inevitable to write in to you.

During the event, the event the projector and sound equipment were found faulted which
disrupted the agenda. Lunch served the second day was an hour late which disturbed the entire
sequence of the program. Tea/ coffee was not served as hot as it should be. On complaining and
calling the staff, their behavior was utterly rude.

Post repeated requests to the event manager during the workshop to get everything working right
then, but the requests went in vain. Hence, we would like to inform you that our Bank would pay
80% of the total invoice amount as the expectations were not fulfilled as committed.

Such an inconvenience is disturbing for someone who has had the first experience with your
hotel. Unfortunately, we don’t feel like a valued customer.

But I do aspire that no such attitude would be repeated with us or any of your guests in future
and that you take necessary actions to ensure the same.
