I hereby inform you that as a socially responsible company that tries to listen to its employees to a
greater extent, I was able to realize that multiple complaints and suggestions were received from
employees who have a certain degree of seniority within the organization and They do not have a
competitive salary compared to companies with the same repair line, so I have given myself the
task of balancing the salary of the employees according to their performance.

The salary increase for technical personnel in the electronic repair area has been notified and
approved, in order to increase the motivation of repair employees and give our thanks as a
company for their considerable effort, as a recommendation for a better evaluation of the
technical personnel, taking into account the attendance of the workers, as well as their punctuality
and the production number of repaired units, it is recommended to review the history of work
seniority and behavior with their co-workers.

responsible, we have realized that many employees suffer from work stress, due to this we have
been given the task of creating new alternatives in order to improve the quality of life of the
employees. employee, as the first assignment will be to add new parties in which family and
friends within the company can participate, it is sought that the employee feels confident to make
their opinions and suggestions known within the company, as well as their discomforts and causes
of work stress:

All employees are informed that there will be a Christmas and New Year inn on December 23
during normal working hours and on January 30 at the same time there will be gift exchange
activities, raffles and all kinds of benefits, on Monday of the following week, employees are
recommended to participate in coexistence activities in order to acquire the benefits that will be
delivered, in addition to helping to combat work stress that can arise from long work hours.
