In A Highly Stressful Situation

Good morning/afternoon Miss Raihan and dear classmates,

I would like to present to you what I wrote for my English Weighted Assessment.
Topic-How did I respond to a highly stressful situation?
A highly stressful situation is a circumstance that most people would face
everyday,including

Symptoms :being frustrated, want to vent anger, violence, breathing and pulse rate

increase,frequent mood change

It was a nice beautiful morning…

I was however, suddenly shook awoke, mind alert as I looked at the calendar that stated
that I had a weighted examination today.

Impatient-click pen impatiently

Excited-shifted uneasily in my chair
Nervous-I cast a glance on the board

I felt scared…

I felt scared…My knees were so wobbly..I was just dropping to the ground any moment…

But…how did I deal with this situation?

Stress,a whole big heavy stone , was laid on me.

After having a horrendous ride to school with all my revision papers strewn and focused
on stress,I reached school.

It was just the WRONG time to take the examination now…

Tick tock..tick tock…

It was in the morning.

I was in the examination room ,waiting for the examination to start impatiently, clicking
my pen.

I was impatient ,excited but equally nervous. My mind was in a whirl…

In a rush-scribbling furiously
Fearful-steadied trembling fingers, willed myself to concentrate
Nervous-took a deep breath before starting on the assessment

I was so fearful…

I was stuck on the second question.

Tried this method…but didn’t work for me…

My “friend” nudged me and a paper flew beside me magically…

Distracted-looked at the other people beside me to check if they had completed the test.
Stressed-Rhetorical questions:Why…?
As if telling me in the face that I was the stupidiest person in the whole class.

After being in a long dilemma that took me thirty minutes,I decided that I had to tell the
invigilator what had happened…

My friend’s paper was instantly stained with a neat and tidy ‘0’

ZERO marks???!!!

Angry-blame the friend for not being ”trustworthy”

Sad-loss of a friend
Paper not completed

Before long,my “friend ” flew into a rage…

Ignore Friends in examination..ect

He was actually the best ” friend” I had met.

FRIEND VS TEST

Which is more important???

Since this incident,I learnt to focus in my examination and not to look at all my friends
during the examination or I might be caught in ” attempting to cheat” situation.
