This letter is written confirmation of our offer of employment to serve as the Procurement
Officer - Jakarta Project with Habitat for Humanity lndonesia (HFHI). This position is based in
Jakarta. Other terms and conditions of your appointment are as follows:

Term of Assignment: You will be a contract staff

Contract Period: 21 Oktober 2019 - 20 Oktober 2020

Base Sa lary & Benefit: A monthly basic salary of IDR 4.000.000,- per month,
Eligible transport facility IDR 550.000,- per month in line with the
policy of HFH lndonesia,
You will be included in health insurance (included spouse and
children if any), personal accident insurance and BPJS program
according to the Organization's policy,
THR will be paid on Christmas (prorate if less than l year),
Employee income tax will be under staffs responsibility.
