Letter of Appointment – Short Term Appointment as TNP2K Enumerator for

The Study of Expanding the membership of social insurance for employment for Indonesian
migrant workers (Pekerja Migran Indonesia/PMI)

Dear Muh. Iksanudin,

Australia Indonesia Partnership – PROAKTIF in Jakarta, is pleased to engage you as a short-term

Monev-TNP2K Enumerator to support the Study of Expanding the membership of social insurance for
employment for Indonesian migrant workers (Pekerja Migran Indonesia/PMI).

This letter of appointment operates as an engagement of you as an independent contractor only and does
not constitute any other relationship such as partnership, employment, or agency. Details of the assignment
are below, and this engagement is contingent upon your agreement to the following terms and conditions:

Period of Assignment : 14 – 21 December 2023 (max. up to 6 days)

Fee Rate : Rp. 600,000 per day and a total of the fee is maximum up to
Rp. 3,600,000 (The total amount is all-inclusive, including fees,
transportation, and communication cost, and no additional payment will be
made. Tax derived from this payment will become your responsibility).
Scope of Services : The enumerator is expected to assist in data collection activities.
The responsibilities include:
. Face-to-face interviews to acquire quantitative data on the protection of
migrant workers before, during and after migration.
. Manage the quantitative data collected through entry data.
Services Location : Indramayu
Confidentiality : The Contractor must not make public or disclose to any person or
Organization. Any confidential information obtained during this
appointment without the written approval of Australia Indonesia
Partnership – PROAKTIF
Other Provisions : The contractor is responsible for their security, personal safety, and
welfare matters and must ensure that they are medically fit to undertake the
required duties.
