Work schedule & hours of service: 2:00 PM-11:00 PM (Mon-Fri), 45 hours per week.

Responsibilities & Duties:

1) Process Associate (From 18-Feb-2013 to 29-Dec-2013)

 Tracking the progress of prescription receipt and entry; establishing

files, copying, splitting, stamping, logging, and filing.
 Performing data entry from Prescription into database.
 Assist in the preparation of data entry conventions and in the coding of
 Infinx Services. Pvt. Ltd.

medication in database.
 Once database is built, performed refilling of medication for different
long-term care (LTC) Pharmacy.
 Perform Medication billing and Insurance Eligibility verification.
 Work on patient’s insurance claim and provide appropriate support to them.
 Maintaining full understanding of medication and the prescription in order to supply
them to appropriate pharmacy.
 Maintaining good understanding of pharmacy billing software.
 Communicating any data issues with managers and Client as necessary.
 Proper reporting of daily allocation to the team lead.
