Agreement for Recruitment Services

This agreement made at Pune on day of 29th December 2022, between companies UnionSys Technologies
and Saino Koyo Consulting Pvt. Ltd. incorporated under the companies act 1956 and having registered
office at 7 J&K Extension, New Delhi hereinafter referred to as Vendor and UnionSys Technologies,
Radiant Arcade Building, Office No-2 Floor No-3, East Street, Camp, Pune: 411001, Maharashtra, INDIA,
of the other part, hereinafter referred to as “UnionSys”.

1. Whereas UnionSys Technologies is in the business of “Information Systems and is in the need of
suitable employees from time to time.

2. Vendor is engaged in the services of providing suitable candidate/s for the job profiles given by the
UnionSys as and when specific requirements are made for.

Now therefore Agreement witnesses as under:

Scope of Services:

The UnionSys agrees to engage the Vendor for

Terms of this agreement also applicable for UnionSys Technologies group companies, subsidiaries,
deputations and its business associates for PAN India locations unless a separate agreement is entered
into, for other considerations.

Period of Agreement:

This agreement is valid for one year from the date of agreement.

Recruitment process and Responsibilities:

1. UnionSys will provide manpower recruitment details in the specified format giving details of
vacancies, estimated date of closure, experience, age, qualification, scale range, job description and
other related details as required with written communication by mail.
2. UnionSys will provide inputs by mail or phone after short listing the candidates and details of
date, time and venue for interviews to be scheduled.
3. UnionSys will provide details from time to time by mail or phone about the interviews, selection,
details of CTC offered, issue of offer letters, date of joining, and joining confirmation of
candidates.
