FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

September 22, 2019

KUCHING: Malaysia’s favourite comedic quartet, the Malaysian Association of

Chinese Comedians (MACC) celebrates its 10th Year Anniversary with their
longest and biggest tour in history and making Kuching one of their stops
during What About Kuching (WAK) 2019.
Having brought laughter to all of Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia
with 100 per cent new jokes, the awesome foursome brings their A-Game and
will perform one last time together before pursuing their solo careers.
MACC is made up of Douglas Lim, Dr Jason Leong, Kuah Jehan and Phoon Chi
Ho.
The MACC Goodbye Tour is on October 12, 8pm at Chemsain Auditorium. Their
Kuching stop is managed by Jom TEH! (Talents by Event Horizon), who aims to
bring comedy into Kuching as a way for people to destress from their normal
life.
Tickets are RM80 for the front row and RM70 for mid to back rows. Purchase
tickets by contacting 012 808 6262 (Kim) or visiting www.maccmaniax.com.
In addition to the show, the featured comedians will also be sharing about life
behind the curtain, sharing stories that they never brought to stage, and
answering your questions. This sharing session is on October 13 at The Food
Lounge, The Hills Mall. Entry is RM10 per pax.
For entry into this event, contact Kim at 012 808 6262.
This is Jom TEH!’s fourth year bringing in stand-up comedy. For last year’s
WAK, they brought in the sold-out show Angry Indians, who performed
alongside local boys from SaraLawak.

Jom TEH! can be found on Facebook at ‘jomtalentsbyeventshorizon’ while

MACC is at ‘MACComedians’.
