In addition to your regular assignment, you are tasked to perform the duties and responsibilities
as well as in the operation and maintenance of the Biometrics System in the school as stipulated in
the provisions of Division Memorandum No. 19, s. 2014 and Division Memorandum No. 32, s. 2019.

Among the specific functions as SBC are the following:

a. manage and maintain the Biometrics System of the School;

b. manage and implement Biometrics System in the School/ District to ensure correctness of
attendance records of the employees;
c. maintain Biometrics database and generate log reports in DTR format;
d. submit report of attendance and tardiness/undertime of the employees;
e. submit Biometrics Log Files to the Division ICTS every end of the quarter;
f. assist and coordinate with the School Head on the technical concerns regarding the
Biometrics Unit and attendance;
g. provide technical assistance among employees in the Biometrics System; and
h. coordinate and communicate with the School Head and Division Information Technology
Officer on any technical concerns with the Biometrics System and/or Biometrics Unit.
